Excellent Research. Great Writing. Timely Topic!
By rlewisd
I've enjoyed Bruce Tulgan's books for the past decade. Excellent research - and he packs tons of useful information into a very engaging, tightly woven package of writing. As a communication coach for executives it's important for me to understand what Baby Boomer and Gen X clients might be facing with younger workers or how Millennial clients might be challenged by older employees. Tulgan's work is a valuable resource that is updated for greater relevance in this revised edition. I recommend it to all of my clients.
